The hotel was peaceful

The location was good and magnificent, just next door to the center of Vaasa. Our double room came with a minibar, nice view, and refrigerator.

Extremely comfy bed, good-sized bathroom and an air conditioning and nice wooden floor in the room. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Good service, very very helpful staff during stay: D

The location was great, right by the train station and close to all amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

On the website it says that yhere is internet network at every room. It was only on the groundfloor. That was not good for us who had to work in the evenings. There was a mouldy smell in the room and I did not feel OK after sleeping there.

The breakfast is the best in Vaasa. The location is central and the service is friendly and fast.

The hotel needs a renovation, the room was small and uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was not up to par. the staff was friendly but not enough to make up for the tired state of the hotel.

The staff is so nice and polite and friendly! Rooms and hotel all in all is very cosy and clean although vintage but with style. A very good price/value relation. I can strongly recommend!

Since the hotel is a little bit older I would not recommend it for disabled people since it is a lot of stairs every where and narrow elevators and corridores.

Great location, private sauna, helpful staff. We stayed in the heart of the city and were amazed by the perfect location. We could walk to restaurants and shops, and we didn't have to rely on public transportation. The private sauna was a highlight, and we enjoyed it every night of our stay. The staff was so helpful and always offered good advice.

Noisy rooms, small breakfast selection, and pricey parking. The rooms were noisy, making it hard to sleep at night.

Our room was not even part of the hotel....it was in another building behind the hotel....a bit disappointing and not worth the money.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, with the railway station just across the road. It was so convenient for us to travel around and explore the city center, which was also just a few steps away. The hotel itself was beautifully renovated, with all the facilities in top condition. Our room was cozy and spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and it was spotlessly clean. Even though our room faced a busy street and the railway station, it was surprisingly quiet. The internet connection worked perfectly, which was a plus for us. The breakfast offered a lovely variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences. We were truly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Our room was not conditioned (only ventilator) and it was enough stuffy.

After we were on route we were told that the room-with-sauna we booked was no longer available because the cleaner was not working. It was the reason we picked the hotel!
